Narayanaswami Srinivasan is an Indian industrialist, chemical engineer, sports administrator and socialite who is the Managing-Director of the India Cements Limited. Srinivasan, who was elected as the Secretary of BCCI under Manohar in September 2008 and earlier was the treasurer of the Board under Sharad Pawar, is the Cricket Board's incumbent and 30th President.

Srinivasan is the son of T. S. Narayanaswami, co-founder of India Cements. He holds a B.Sc. (Tech) from Loyola College, Chennai.

Srinivasan took over as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of India Cements Limited in 1989 and has served for twenty-three years. Srinivasan served as the President of the Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1996 to 1998 and is a member of the Executive Committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He has also served as the honorary Sheriff of Madras from 1989 to 1991.

Srinivasan has a keen interest in sports administration and plays golf. Srinivasan is currently the President of the Tamil Nadu Golf Federation, All India Chess Federation and the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association. He is the owner of current IPL franchise team Chennai Super Kings. He was also the Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India before becoming the current President of BCCI, taking over the reins from Mr.Shashank Manohar at the Cricket's Board 82nd Annual General Body Meeting on September 19, 2011.

Cricket Board Chief and the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of India Cements Ltd (ICL), N. Srinivasan appeared before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for the second time in June 2012, in connection with the probe into the disproportionate assets case against YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. This was in regard with the money laundering aspect with regard the INR 1400 million investment he made in Y.S.Jaganmohan Reddy companies.
