我控制不住我自己 真实的强迫症原来是这样

  在日常生活中,我们经常可以听到强迫症这一名词,有些人因为自己有东西必须摆放整齐、反复核对文件、手机未读消息必须查看、走路必须沿着直线等习惯,而声称自己患有强迫症那么,到底什么是强迫症?其病因是什么?患上强迫症该怎么办呢?

  什么是强迫症?

  据《钱江晚报》报道,虽然有些行为在别人看来没啥必要,但在当事者眼中,他们认为必须要这样做才觉得舒服。这些行为可以说是有点强迫行为,但强迫行为并不等于强迫症。

  强迫症是焦虑障碍的一种类型,是以强迫思维和强迫行为为主要临床表现的神经精神疾病。其特点是有意识的强迫和反强迫并存,一些毫无意义,甚至违背自己意愿的想法或冲动反复侵入患者的日常生活。患者对这些想法或冲动极力抵抗后仍无法控制,进而影响学习、工作、人际交往甚至生活起居。

  产生强迫症的原因是什么?

  第四军医大学唐都医院神经外科王学廉教授在接受《西安晚报》采访时表示,“由于社会竞争变大以及其他原因,强迫症患者不断增加,已经成为一种发病率较高的精神疾病,现在国内约有500万~1000万强迫症患者。强迫症与遗传因素、个性特点、不良事件、应激因素等均有关系,尤其与患者的个性特点紧密相关,平时追求完美,对外界评价非常在意,责任心特别强,往往学习成绩、工作业绩较好的人,在遇到精神打击或突发事件时会容易发病。”

  此外,据新华网报道,幼年时期所接受的教育也可能诱发强迫症状的出现。强迫症通常起病于儿童、青少年时期,老年人出现强迫障碍的情况比较少见,儿童期发病的强迫障碍常常更严重、更持久。

  患有强迫症该怎么办?

  据新华网报道,中国医师会精神科分会常委、中国心理学会委员杨彦春教授在辉瑞中枢神经峰会上指出,“强迫症起病与初次就诊间可能相隔十年之久,一些强迫症患者常出于种种考虑在起病之初未及时就医,一些患者可能要在症状严重到无法正常生活后才来就诊,这在无形中增加了治疗的难度,因此患者应当提高对强迫症的重视,早发现、早治疗。”此外,强迫症患者应该多食用菠菜、燕麦等可以让心情放松的食物。菠菜中含有丰富的镁,而镁是一种能使人头脑和身体放松的矿物质;燕麦中富含维生素B,而维生素B有助于平衡中枢神经系统,使患者安静下来,有助其摆脱焦虑。(王亚宇)
